Shopping & Orders

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save shipping addresses for faster checkout, and view your order history.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email verification containing your tracking number. You can also track your order status in real-time by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Payments & Pricing

At this time, we accept Interac e-Transfer only. Payment details will be provided after checkout, and orders are processed once payment is received. All transactions are securely processed.

Orders are processed once your Interac e-Transfer payment has been received and confirmed. Items are reserved for a limited time until payment is completed.

Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we ship within Canada only and do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary based on your location and usually take 1-10 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items in their original condition with packaging and proof of purchase. Electronics must be unopened or have a confirmed defect to qualify. Please contact us before initiating a return, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
