Will there be any additional fees and taxes on my purchase?
Prices shown on our website are inclusive of Shipping, Handling and Taxes. There are no additional fees.
Do you offer any warranty?
We offer a 7 days return policy on most of our products with exceptions. We cannot guarantee any further manufacturer warranty. Please refer to our refund policy page for more details.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All shipments go out within 2 business days of receiving payment, and tracking numbers are provided via e-mail. Please allow 2-14 business days for your order to be delivered.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No, we currently do not ship outside of Canada.
Are the pictures in the listing of the actual unit?
For items marked as New (Sealed Packaging) or New (Open Packaging), we use stock photos for consistency. For used items, we include actual photos taken in-house to accurately show their condition.
Where are you located and shipping from?
We are based in Mississauga, Ontario. All items ship directly from our Canadian facility.
Do you test used or open-box products?
Yes, all open-box or used items go through a multi-point functionality and cosmetic check before shipping.
What kind of payment methods are available?
As of this moment, we are currently accepting Interac E-transfer as the only form of payment method.
