Shopping & Orders
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save shipping addresses for faster checkout, and view your order history.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email verification containing your tracking number. You can also track your order status in real-time by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return the item after receiving it.
Payments & Pricing
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing your order to reserve your items. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we primarily ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping options may be available for select products; please check the shipping calculator at checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options (1-3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Electronics must be unopened or defective to qualify for a full refund. Please visit our Product Policy page for detailed information.
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
