Product Condition

We sell products in the following conditions:

• New - Sealed Packaging

Products in brand new condition with manufacturer's seal/plastic wrap present on the box.

• New - Open Packaging

Products returned for buyer's remorse, physically new with no scratches, scuffs, or marks. Products listed in this condition have been subjected to very little or no usage.

• Used - Like New

Products that show very minor signs of scratches, scruffs, or marks. These products have been lightly used previously.

• Used - Good

Products that show signs of scratches, scruffs, or marks. These products have been used previously for an extended period.

Please read the listing carefully and examine the photos to ensure you understand the condition of the item that you are ordering.

Product packaging may often times have signs of wear and tear.

Warranties or Guarantees

We do not offer any warranties or guarantees on the items we sell. Please contact the manufacturer of the product to inquire whether the manufacturer's warranty will apply to the product you purchased from us. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Product Inspection

We take great pride in our testing process. Each product is tested at our warehouse when we receive it and before shipping it to you. All products are tested for any signs of wear and defect. If any defect or wear is found during the inspection process then it will be mentioned in the listing of the product. All products are disinfected and cleaned as per the manufacturer's guidelines. We cannot guarantee the battery life remaining for products marked with the condition as "used".
